Approved Collegewide Educational Technologies
Below is a list of approved educational technologies for in-person and online classrooms that support teaching and learning.
How are Collegewide Educational Technologies Reviewed and Approved?
The Teaching and Learning with Technology Roundtable (TLTR) endorsed the process in May 2025. This process highlights how educational technology needs are assessed, identifies appropriate stakeholders, how current educational technologies are reviewed and how current educational technologies are sunset or removed.
What about educational technologies that are used only in specific departments or courses? Department/Course specific tools such as publisher LTIs must be reviewed by the Office of Online Learning and Educational Technology but may not need to go through a larger shared governance process.
Employees must use the following form to submit proposals for collegewide or department specific educational tools. The form is monitored year round.
